Merge, extract and split PDF pages.
Put several documents together, take out a selected page range, or create a separate PDF for each selected page. Fire PDF performs these page operations in your browser.
Merge documents
- Open the web editor and choose Organize → Merge PDFs.
- Select the PDFs you want to combine. Review the resulting page order; use Move page up or Move page down to adjust it.
- Choose File → Download PDF and check the saved document before sharing.
Split selected pages into separate files
Open a PDF, then choose Organize → Split selected pages. Enter a range such as 1-3,7. Fire PDF creates an individual PDF for each selected page and downloads them together in a ZIP archive.
If you want one PDF containing several selected pages instead, choose Extract pages and enter the desired range. This downloads one extracted PDF rather than a ZIP.
Before you share the result
Keep your original PDFs until you have checked the page count and order in the exported files. Very large scans can use substantial browser memory. Password-protected files may need to be unlocked by an authorized user first. Changing a digitally signed document can affect the validity of its signature.
Local processing and offline startup
Your PDFs are not uploaded to Fire PDF for merging or splitting. Loading the editor and browser libraries initially needs an internet connection. A browser cache is not a guarantee of offline startup; use the desktop app for Windows or Mac when you need a dependable offline workflow.
