Desktop licenses are digital software purchases. We do not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, lack of use or a decision that the software is not needed after purchase. A one-time purchase has no automatic subscription renewal to cancel.
Your protected rights remain
This policy does not exclude or limit any refund, withdrawal, repair, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law. It also does not override the refund rights or dispute procedures of the merchant of record or payment provider that processed the order.
If your payment was duplicated or unauthorised, the product was not delivered, or the software is defective or materially different from what was advertised, contact us or the payment provider so the issue and any applicable remedy can be assessed. The no-discretionary-refunds rule does not decide or waive those rights.
How to request help
Email contactfirepdf@siriusxai.com with the order reference, purchase date and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, identity documents or private PDFs. A redacted screenshot or a non-confidential sample is usually enough to begin troubleshooting.
For Dodo Payments purchases, use the order support details in your receipt or the Dodo buyer terms ↗. For older purchases, use the provider shown on your receipt. Where a refund is due, the payment provider handles it under its applicable process; bank processing times may vary.
