1. Who provides Fire PDF
Fire PDF is a product of SiriusXAi (“we”, “us”). The registered seller’s billing name and address appear at checkout and on the invoice. Contact us at contactfirepdf@siriusxai.com about the software, purchases or these terms.
2. Using the software
You may use Fire PDF to process documents you own or are authorised to handle. Keep a backup of the original and review exported files. You are responsible for your document content, permission to edit or sign it, and the suitability of the result for its intended use.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, impersonation, infringement, or interference with the website or other users. A typed or image signature is a visual mark; it does not by itself provide certificate-based identity verification.
3. Web tools and desktop licenses
Reading and basic document organisation are free. Pro web operations share a five-use daily allowance stored locally without login. Clearing browser data or using another browser may reset this local allowance. The desktop app offers a 7-day trial from first launch and requires a license for continued use after the trial. The advertised desktop price is US$39 as a one-time payment, excluding applicable tax. See Pricing for what is included.
A purchased license allows the purchaser to use the purchased desktop software for their own personal or business document work. Do not resell, publish, share or redistribute license keys. Fire PDF and its branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
The purchase is not a recurring subscription. Future major upgrades or additional services are included only if expressly stated in the offer at purchase. Purchase confirmation and automatic license delivery use the contact information supplied with the order; contact support if a key is missing or cannot be activated.
4. Payments and refunds
Before paying, review the product, total price including applicable tax, and payment provider shown at checkout. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for new orders, and its buyer terms also govern those payments. Dodo automatically emails a key after successful payment. A license supports three device activations. Activation and periodic verification require internet; previously verified licenses can work offline for up to 30 days.
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after purchase. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or rights under the payment provider’s terms. See our Refund Policy for the process.
5. Availability and output
Tool availability depends on the browser, operating system, document structure and available resources. Downloads of app resources or language packs and tools that access websites need internet. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact conversion fidelity or error-free output. Do not treat OCR, translation, redaction or converted files as verified without checking them.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove any non-waivable consumer rights.
6. Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy describes document processing, local storage, usage measurement and support information. We may update these terms for future use and will show the updated date here. Changes do not retroactively alter the price or stated rights of a completed purchase.
