Batch PDF pipeline

Choose File → Batch pipeline and drop your PDFs into the queue. Select searchable OCR in Hindi, English or both, optional QR stamping and metadata cleanup. The queue processes one file at a time and continues if a file fails. Download completed copies and a per-file report in one ZIP. There is no 20-file cap; available browser memory determines practical capacity.

OCR language packs download on first use. Existing text can be kept without another recognition pass. The new OCR text layer preserves the original page artwork; recognition may need review. QR templates accept {filename}, {page} and {pages}. Cleanup removes document and page Info/XMP metadata; it does not redact document text or remove embedded image EXIF.

Signature & stamp vault

Choose Edit → Signature & stamp vault. Give your PNG a name, choose Signature or Rubber stamp, then Save locally. PNG transparency is retained. Open a PDF and choose Place on a saved item to position it using the existing editor controls.

Assets are stored in IndexedDB on this browser and website origin, with no cloud upload or automatic syncing. They survive ordinary reloads, but clearing site data or using a different browser removes access. Export PNG makes a local backup. Saved image signatures are visual marks, separate from cryptographic certificate signatures.

Auto-fill forms

Choose Professional → Auto-fill forms. Save recurring details as key=value entries. The filler matches exact normalized field names and a small set of common aliases, such as fullName to Applicant Name. Review and change matches using the per-field dropdowns. Fill matched fields applies the profile in one operation; Download PDF saves the result, and Undo restores the previous form.

Existing values are preserved by default, and read-only fields are skipped. Checkbox values use yes/no; dropdown and radio values must match their allowed options. This feature fills actual PDF AcroForm fields. Flat scans without fields need fields created first; the tool does not guess blank spaces from a scanned form.
